Topic: The Power of Insight
Seetha Sagaran is a Personal Development and Lifestyle Consultant, Trainer and Motivational Speaker with a background in English, Psychology, Counselling (including Crisis & Trauma Counselling, UK, Hypnotherapy, Metaphor Therapy and Teaching Children with Special Needs (UK). She is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) from The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (USA) and a Distinguished Toastmaster (D.T.M.) from Toastmasters International (U.S.A). In 2020, she launched her customised online personal and professional mentoring program, "The Nankurunaisa Mentoring Program". Seetha co-authored the motivational book "Your Dose of Motivation" in 2020; she shared some lessons from her life and attempted to simplify the concept of self-motivation. As a co-author of the motivational book "Women Who Inspire", published in 2021, she has elaborated on the importance of mentors in life and the positive impact mentors can make. Oleg Pavenkov
Associate professor, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India
Topic- The Nature of Artificial
Intelligence and Human Personality: A Psychological and Anthropological Aspects
Dr. Oleg
Pavenkov holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a specialization in the philosophy of
culture and philosophical anthropology from Leningrad State University (2013),
and a Doctorate in Theology from the Pontifical Oriental Institute (2017). He
also holds a Master’s degree in English Applied Linguistics from the Autonomous
University of Madrid (2016) and a Specialist degree with distinction in
Sociology from Saint Petersburg State University.
With
extensive academic experience, Dr. Pavenkov previously served as an Assistant
Professor of Social Sciences at the University under the Interparliamentary
Assembly of EurAsEC. Prior to this, he held teaching and research positions at
the Saint Petersburg State Institute of Cinema and Television, where he served
as Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer in Social Sciences from 2011 to
2022. His early career also included roles as a researcher at the Faculty of
Sociology, Saint Petersburg State University, and as a social sciences teacher
at Secondary School No. 681 in St. Petersburg.
Dr.
Pavenkov’s research interests lie in the ethics of artificial intelligence,
philosophical anthropology, and the intersection of culture, ethics, and
technology. His scholarly work reflects a deep engagement with contemporary
ethical issues shaped by technological advancement and cultural change.
Achievements:
PhD in Philosophy (philosophical anthropology and culture) from
Leningrad State University (2013); Doctorate degree in Theology from Pontifical
Oriental Institute (Vatican).
